The complex consists of four parts, one of which is with Retail functions. The other three parts of the complex have mixed Residential and Public functions. Residencies are oriented towards the favorable South exposure and look over backyards with abundant vegetation and views of the Mountain of Vitosha. Most of the parking is underground, thus providing plenty of ground space for Vegetation, recreation and playgrounds.
