The building consists of two 5-storey bodies of open space office floor. They are united by an atrium space with structural glazing, which splits the building and allows an excellent view to the mountain. The two bodies communicate by overhead passages and vertically are served by scenic lifts. Functionally and technically the office spaces correspond to requirements of class A. Two underground garages provide for the parking lots.
